1. We will be staying at hotels / accommodations where the vehicle might not reach the doorstep. So only carry the luggage weight that you are is confident that you can lift and carry everyday. There wont be any helping staff like India.
2. M size suitcases or less are allowed . You can also bring a shoulder bag to that you can keep on your lap or under your seat.
