You’ll be responsible for overseeing the logistics of our experiences, ensuring seamless execution, and elevating the quality of our travel programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Maintain budgets, control costs, and forecast operational needs and emergencies effectively.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Manage relationships with our vendors across the world and ensure the highest standards of service.
- Logistics & Operations: Handle itinerary management, bookings, permits, transportation, and contingency planning to ensure smooth trip operations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Establish & track key metrics (for eg : cost per guest, destination performance) and recommend improvements and areas of improvement based on data.
- Customer Experience: Ensure guests have a seamless, memorable journey—resolving issues proactively and enhancing the overall experience.
- Process Optimisation: Identify areas for operational efficiency, automation, and scalability as we expand our offerings.
- Website Update: Ensure accurate tour literature and website content is updated regularly.
